The line for this place was crazy when we went and it was a dog fight to get somewhere to sit. Once we finally got our drinks and food, and had a place to sit, we were happy as a clam. Food was good. Got a few sampler platters and the group liked some sausages more than others. The beer was fresh and cold - no complaints!

Some of the best food I've ever had and I've eaten in some fine restaurants across the country. We were in Breck for a week, found this place on day three and came back every day. The turkey, Brie and fig sandwich.... The stuff dreams are made of. The hoagie... words fail me. Best by far. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Always a pleasure to dine and drink at Ein Prosit! Great variety of sausages ranging from traditional German to creative game-based offerings. Great pretzels and nice selection of Austrian and German beers. Fast service. Authentic Biergarten tables and seating.

Small place with beer and sausages. It's cute, they have several mustard sauces on the side. - Boar 1.9/5 Sweet sausage... it was below average. - Elk 3.9/5 Yummy sausage. - Beer Brats 1.2/5 Worker said it was their most popular, kind of tastes like a chicken sausage. - Duck 4.8/5 What a solid sausage. This was very very tasty- my favorite. - Pretzel 3.4/5 Soft and fluffy on the inside. The cheese isn't the gooey cheese, it's almost like a cream cheese based... I'd come back to get the duck and try the other sausages. They were interesting! Street parking

Soooo good! Amazing sausages and brats and the ham and cheddar sandwich is delicious. Pretzels are so good as well. The line can be a bit of a wait but still 5 stars because it's well worth the wait and deserves it.

This is a fun place to enjoy a beer, hang out with friends, and have a light meal. We ordered the pretzel which was huge. Enough for two people. The staff was friendly. Everyone was having a good time!

Pretty awesome German beer spot. The sausages were really good and the beers were all pretty tasty. Definitely worth a stop even if out of the way.

What is not too like about Ein Prosit? Funky atmosphere in an antique mall with a lot of interesting vendors around to peruse before or after your meal. A decent-sized patio that welcomes dogs. Good selection of beers with Pliny on tap from time to time. Bavarian pretzels and excellent sausages. The got-to-order for me and my friend's post-ski has almost always been A pretzel with cheese to start, followed by a three )(sometimes four) sausage sampler (Elk, buffalo, cheese brat). Salty, fatty goodness and some beer after a good day on the hill is just about perfect.

Unique stop off the beaten path! Came here after a snowy hike to enjoy drinks and a bite to eat. The beer is great and their pretzel was spot on. The staff was friendly and there's a small TV at the bar to catch sports. Only wish the inside was a little bigger for seating, as the 3 of us had to squeeze in. But sharing the space with other shops is a cool concept & entertained us even when we were done. Outdoor seating wasn't available when we were there, but I imagine in the warmer months, their patio would be a great happy hour spot. We love their other locations on the Front Range, so will def be back!

What a quaint spot in the heart of Frisco! We had the pleasure of having both food and beer and both were delicious. There's not a lot of seating, but you order at the counter and can wait for your food while waiting for someone to vacate a table. We loved the extra touch of live music.
